New Trends in Civil Aviation 2020

The NTCA 2020 conference is the 22nd of the conference series, now organized in Prague by the Department of Air Transport, Faculty of Transportation Sciences, Czech Technical University in Prague. The mission of NTCA conferences is to provide platform for interactions among communities of interest on aviation problems and applications. 3rd DATEX II User Forum
When and where:19. - 20.5.2014, NTK Prague
The forum was hosted by Faculty of Transportation Sciences of the Czech Technical University, in cooperation with the European ITS Platform. New users were be informed on the pros and cons of DATEX II, how to make best use of DATEX II, how to fulfil the obligations of the ITS Directive by using DATEX II. For the more experienced and technical users, the programme offed lots of possibilities to discuss the DATEX II state of the art, its many applications and its impact on the efficiency of traffic management and travel information.
20 years of the Faculty of Transportation Sciences

Czech Technical University in Prague Faculty of Transportation Sciences in 2013 celebrated 20 years of its existence. Student Day of Faculty of Transport Sciences is the opening event for 2013. The aim is to open to prospective students, and the general and professional public. For the full year were prepared for events celebrating this important anniversary. By focusing refer to the rich history and offer a view into the future direction of the faculty. There are both professional meetings and conferences on transport and other more or less surprising activity seeking to introduce faculty in a different light than before.
11th European Transport Congress

European Transport Congress after seven years returns to the Czech Republic. It is prepared in cooperation with the European Platform of Transport Sciences (grade rigid EPTS). The Congress is an appropriate platform for dialogue between policy makers, economists and experts in the field of transport. The motto of this year's eleventh annual congress is: "Transport as a scientific discipline."
Conference and Exhibition: The New Gotthard Base Tunnel
When and where: 21.3.2013 conference, 21.3. - 5.4.2013 exhibition, NTK Prague
The new transport route through the Swiss Alps is being built under the Gotthard mountain range. The advantages of the new railway link in public transport will be improved connections and shorter journey times, the transport of goods created by an alternative route. The new Gotthard base tunnel and its contribution to European rail infrastructure will be the content of the upcoming conference and exhibition.
